2.3. Full Refund: If you request a refund within 30 days of the invoice date, we will provide a full refund of the payment.

3. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

  • After 30 Days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the invoice date
  • Free Plan: The free tier does not involve payment and is not subject to refunds
  • Downgrades: Switching from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan does not qualify for a refund of the price difference
  • Service Violations: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

4.3. Payment Provider Processing: After we issue the refund, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider (Paddle) and financial institution.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

5.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund

5.2. Refund: Requesting a refund within the eligible 30-day period will result in immediate termination of service and return of your payment.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy due to:

  • Extended service outages or technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Other extenuating circumstances at our discretion

7. Plan Changes and Upgrades

7.1. Upgrades: When you upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan:

7.2. Downgrades: When you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refund is provided for the price difference

8. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans may have custom refund terms as negotiated in the service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact our enterprise support team for information about refunds on enterprise subscriptions.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. If you have concerns about a charge, please reach out to contact@email.trackernews.app so we can resolve the issue directly.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy
